Luke provided a thorough home/outbuilding and septic system inspections for a very reasonable price. His communications with us were superb, and after the inspections covered everything that was suspect in the house we're considering buying. He sent by email a detailed analysis, took pictures to relate with the situations that needed attention, but also told us what was great about the structures on the property. Luke went as far as calling an HVAC professional on a motor that was squealing during operation, just to cover all the bases. We would highly recommend Luke for home and septic inspections.......he does top-notch work!!
